I hereby apply for Associateship of The Congress of Diplomats and agree to be bound by its Constitution and all rules and regulations made under it. Council's decision

I agree that The Council of The Congress of Diplomats has absolute discretion to admit or to refuse to admit an applicant to Associateship of the Congress of Diplomats, and may require from my nominators such further information about me as the Council may deem necessary.

As a member, I agree that I am bound by The Congress of Diplomats' Ethical Framework for Excellent practice and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure therein. I confirm that I do not have any unspent criminal convictions (other than for traffic offences); I am not an undischarged bankrupt; and I am not disqualified (by court order or voluntary undertaking) from being a director, diplomat, or representative of any country or institution.

I agree that the Congress of Diplomats may hold and process all personal and business information which I am supplying with this application and any further information I supply during the course of my membership. I agree also that the Congress of Diplomats may use my Personal Information as set out in its Private Policy.

I undertake to protect the integrity of The Congress of Diplomats and conduct myself, both publicly and privately, in an honorable and professional manner and to uphold The Congress of Diplomats' reputation and standing and not to cause embarrassment to other distinguished members and or its official; not to represent publicly the views of the Congress of Diplomats or to claim its support, without the consent of the Presidium (or of an officer or executive of the Congress of Diplomats nominated by the Presidium for such purpose).

I undertake to pay the entrance fee on election and to complete a Bankers'Order to pay the annual subscription.

I qualify for Associateship of The Congress of Diplomats and shall forward by post or Direct transfer where applicable, my one-off entrance fee and annual Associateship subscription immediately.
